DARPA [Broadcast Package]

DARPA [Broadcast Package]

Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is a research agency of the USA Department of Defense responsible for developing military technology. We were tasked with creating a broadcast package for their SubT Challenge Virtual Finals, In-person Systems Finals Event and Awards Ceremony. The event pits robots against each other in races to test their ability to map, search, and navigate complex underground environments in hopes they can aid soldiers. You can watch the competition coverage here.

We designed the data to enhance the competition runs and add additional real-time information for the viewers. Our visuals aimed to convey DARPA’s concepts of technology and innovation through eye-catching design and plenty of HUD greebles.
